What the hell is happening in this country? There is no Secretary of Defence, no Secretary of Homeland Security, at least 25 persons in the White House were granted top secret security clearances despite obvious problems and now the head of the Secret Service is gone.

Trump is removing US Secret Service director

(CNN)United States Secret Service director Randolph "Tex" Alles is being removed from his position, multiple administration officials tell CNN.

President Donald Trump instructed his acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney, to fire Alles. Alles remains in his position as of now but has been asked to leave.
The USSS director was told two weeks ago there would be a transition in leadership and he was asked to stay on until there was a replacement, according to a source close to the director.
Secret Service officials have been caught by surprise with the news and are only finding out through CNN, according to the source.

This is Stephen Miller's plan. All these 'acting' directors are a way to get around Congress. Acting Secretaries and directors don't need any oversight by Congress as a regular director would. Trump wanted Nielson to ask her border agents to break the law and keep separating children from their parents, she wouldn't do that because a Judge ruled that it's illegal to do. Trump wants someone who will do that, break the law.

He's a piece of **** and I hope this all comes back on him, and soon.

That about sums it up. We have a lunatic in charge of the nation quite literally kicking people out of his administration for not being extreme enough.

Let that sink in.

These were not moderates, or Democrats in hiding, or anything of the like... they simply were not hardline enough *or* pushed back on something just enough for Trump to go find the next lunatic to join him.

Well, one thing is for certain: Putin knows the resources he spent getting Trump elected is paying huge dividends. And I bet they'll pay much much more by the time all is said and done.

One of the reasons, Trump dumped Nielsen, despite her hardcore immigration policies - those policies weren't hard enough for the man who knows more than everybody. Much of what he wanted on the border with Mexico, Secretary Nielsen agreed with but she did not favour violation of US and international laws regarding asylum seekers.

Told agents not to let migrants in

Last Friday, the President visited Calexico, California, where he said, "We're full, our system's full, our country's full -- can't come in! Our country is full, what can you do? We can't handle any more, our country is full. Can't come in, I'm sorry. It's very simple."

Behind the scenes, two sources told CNN, the President told border agents to not let migrants in. Tell them we don't have the capacity, he said. If judges give you trouble, say, "Sorry, judge, I can't do it. We don't have the room."

After the President left the room, agents sought further advice from their leaders, who told them they were not giving them that direction and if they did what the President said they would take on personal liability. You have to follow the law, they were told.
