In each case, the objective was to establish the fact; in one, that Trump was involved in insurrection, in the other that he was responsible for sexual assault (then there are several trials were fraud was the question) Each was adjudicated with the defendant having the opportunity to defend and in each case, Trump's defense was weak and unconvincing. He lost all of them, establishing as fact that Trump is a fraudster, sex offender and insurrectionist.

That is either a question for Trump or the Manhattan District Attorney. It does not change the fact that it was a finding of the court and as such is a fact. I should point out that the judge presiding in the trial says it meets the definition of rape, but that was not the finding of the court, which said it was sexual abuse (assault).
