He's as paritsan as other partisans, Hatuey.
Who adpst or hautey?

Not really. Tigger's probably one of the most reactionary posters I've met on DP. Or maybe he's just the one that's most honest about being a right-wing reactionary.

To me Tigger honestly says what he feels without being PC/sensitive/sugar-coated. He doesn't seek to appease his ideological enemies.
Tbh it's refreshing. As for Hatuey, since he brought up Apdst and Tigger in such a fun way, he is quite the partisan himself.
In Tigger's case, I don't see how posting your thoughts bluntly on a thread is "reactionary." Usually when I think about reactionary people, they tend to react in an over-exaggerated way, like Kali, for example. That's not necessarily bad, seeing as we're human and all.
That's not what I mean by reactionary.
Hold on a second there, SB. Do you have any reason to assume that those of us on the right who don't agree with some of Tigger's more extreme statements are just being less than honest about it?
tell me, what great things have you achieved? I'd like to know where you stand in relation so i may better judge your ground you stand on.
how's it going?
Is that from the loss of states rights/soveriegnty or the loss of being able to own slaves?
Actually, you're a bit of a tool - no offense, I suspect you're trying to be. What you've done though, is draw attention from the actions of OWS and put the focus, rather, on your draconian statements.

No, I don't think that. I just find Tigger to be more blunt even if he comes off sounding more of a douchebag. Like Wake says he doesn't sugarcoat things. I don't know how many other people out there may share Tigger's views, but he's certainly probably the most blunt individual I've encountered who holds such views.
Let's see, I hold an Associate of Science degree in a technical field. I have held a steady, paying job for all but two weeks of the last sixteen and a half years. I pay my own bills. I pay my taxes. I have never been arrested or given a ticket for a moving violation (2 parking tickets). I don't expect anyone else to support me or to do anything for me. I stand on my own two feet. THAT is the mark of a true American so far as I'm concerned.
If I told you I'd have to kill you, but I'll say this.... The powder is DRY and in HIGH SUPPLY.
The loss of State's Rights and the Traditional Values that they espoused.
So you are an auto mechanic without a sense of adventure. Interesting.
Hi, I am the Greatness that is the Good Reverend. You, mortal, should consider your revolution carefully. Sitting in the woods, Shooting guns, complaining about the man and drinking PBR, isn't training enough to carry out that mission, impdaddy:
What specific "traditional values" did they espouse that you would like to return to? What you are not saying is much more clear than what you are saying.
No, I'm a CADD Designer who makes a decent living and lives a very sensible, basic, and down-to-earth life just like my parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc... have done on this continent for a couple hundred years.
You are right; that wouldn't be anywhere near enough.
All of them, except for slavery based on race? I'm an Ultra-Conservative, Ultra-Traditionalist and always have been. I'd be just as happy living in the 12th Century as I would in the stylized ideal of the 1950's; and much moreso in either one of those days and ages than in the one I had the misfortune to be born into, Rev.
for 16 years? That makes you what? in your late 20's?
Then tell me, revolutionary, how are you preparing for the coming war?
So you are against or for segregation? Against or for slavery? The 12th century and the 50's were not that similar if I recall correctly. Tell me about your specific traditional values, give me some examples. I am intrigued.
Definitely not by sitting around, drinking beer, and wasting time.
Segregation is an issue that should be left to the individual States and Communities to deal with as they see fit. I am against slavery based on race, but have no issue with it for endebtedness, criminal actions, and some other factors, including gender to a certain degree.
I am a strong believer in a Traditional, Patriarchal society based on morality, values, and the ideal of personal responsibility. It is not an egalitarian viewpoint, nor a touchy-feely one. Either you do for yourself, or you go without. It's not about what one WANTS to do, but what one SHOULD do, and severe punishment for those who choose to step outside the bounds of society.
Do YOU or do YOU not support segregation? Are you a separatist?
Do YOU or do YOU not support segregation? Are you a separatist?
Ambiguous, I am disappointed, I assumed you had this well thought out.
No, I am not a separatist based on race, though I do support the rights of an individual community to make its own rules, laws, and standards. If I agree with them, I may choose to live or do business there. If I disagree with them I will choose not to live or do business there. I grew up in a town that was 30% minority. I counted among my closest friends many black, hispanic, latino, asian, and even middle eastern young men and women.
I AM however, someone who goes out of his way to avoid dealings with those individuals who do not view the world in the same way that I do. So in that way, yes I could be called a separatist.
I do. I'm just not going to spend large amounts of time trying to explain it to you or anyone else. I've been through my beliefs plenty of times around here. I'm an Isolationist, a Nationalist, a Sexist, and an Idealogue. I always have been and always will be. I do not believe in the idea of political or philosophical debate and never have. It's a waste of time.
Are these folks still your friends? Would you do business with a segragated community?
Then why are you here? btw, how about the Jews. do they view the world the same way as you?
Did you read the domain name of the site you joined. I am perplexed as to your ambitions on a site such as "debate politics" for one whose constitution and makeup decries the idea of.... wait for it.... "debating politics"....
I find you peculiar in nature.
Those individuals, no. Then again most of them no longer live near where I do. I do keep in touch with a couple of them and have made new friends and acquaintances amongst a wide variety of racial and ethnic groups over the course of my lifetime. It would depend on what sort of segregation.... racial, no. A particular religious or philosophical community, possibly.
I'm here simply as a means to maintain contact with the viewpoints and ideas of others. Mostly as a means to "keep one's friends close, and one's enemies even closer."
Religion is wholely unimportant to me, regardless of whether it's Christian, Jew, Muslem, Pagan, etc... It's totally a non-issue in my mind.
You are by no means the only one around here who finds my particular viewpoints and ideology/philosophy/lifestyle to be odd, Rev. Just because I don't engage in debate myself doesn't mean that there aren't things that I can learn from watching other people waste their time debating each other, or from trying to debate me.
What do you think about interracial relationships, would you be down?
