I'll buy that. I always said I'd buy the book that explained how he tip toed around Clinton, Obama, and Lynch crimes in his pursuit of Trump.

But on the bright side, as charges are filed, people are going to start "Singing in DC... and Crying on DP"... LOL

Sure, a lifelong Republican kept the investigation open so that Democrats would won control of the House, and only stopped when it looked like bad things for Democrats. That doesn't sound ridiculous at all.

I wish I could still find it interesting or amusing that they spent two years claiming Mueller was wrong to investigate things actually in the appointment letter's scope and are now insisting he should have read "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and" and concluded the real suspect was Obama.

Or that they spent two years claiming Mueller was framing Trump on Obama's behalf via an Alex Jones style shadowy "deep state", then swapped to praising Mueller when he found no links and/or coordination (while simply ignoring then lying about the mountain of evidence of half-witted efforts to obstruct).



It stops being interesting or amusing when one realizes every last one of these Trumpists knows Trump is complete scum, a corrupt bastard who spent two years trying to thwart a legitimate investigation. They don't believe a single post they make on the subject, and they don't care because it isn't about being right in a debate. It isn't about what is best for the country. It is about - and only about - "pwning the libtards".

Barr was in charge of the investigation when Mueller 'stopped digging.' Are you saying Barr is an Obama and Hillary supporter?

Allot hinges on Barr's truthful and accurate statement he made during his congressional testimony, namely, whether the 'factual predicate' on which the initiation of the FBI's investigation into Trump / Russian collusion meets the legal standard that it needs to, as well as that there's a lack of malfeasance in the DOJ's / FBI's / CIA's / NSA's actions, and proper, legal execution of the investigation by the FBI.

If all that's good, there's nothing 'there'.
If all that's not good, then there's going to be, and needs to be, criminal prosecutions.

And, yes, this could include Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Rice, McCabe, Strzok, Lynch, and a number of others from the Obama administration leadership.

And quite rightly so. The power of these US federal government agencies is so vast that they should never be politicized and used as political weapons, now, or ever in the future.

It all hinges on the factual predicate and any criminality or malfeasance from those agencies involved.

While some in DC might be 'signing', I think there's going to be many more that are just going to burrow in deeper and hide, possibly escape detection, only to do the same in some future administration.
