i thought it was pretty neat. i was an only child with time on my hands, and i was shooting 30s gangsters in the back yard. i worked with what i had on hand.

The one I linked, the one i gave my nephews, and the ones we had when I was a kid might all be a little different for all I know. The important things were the .177 cal (BB) and the variable pump capability.

Yeah, I thought there was a .22 and a .177. IIRC, mine was a .177.
 
Just hang a blanket. A BB gun can't shoot thru loose cloth and it won't bounce back.
