Theresa May to resign as UK Prime Minister

No they have not. Every poll shows that if the out referendum was re run the result would be the same-

If a second referendum were held between the options of leaving the EU on the prime minister’s deal or remaining in the EU, 46% say they would vote to remain (unchanged on a fortnight ago) while 34% would vote to leave (down 4%).

Public thinks EU referendum was bad idea, says poll | Politics | The Guardian

Maybe it would, maybe it wouldn't, you cannot with certainty say the vote would go the same way.

Complete lie. Every opinion poll taken in the past two years has shown remain in the lead.

You mean Farrago's fake party, which is actually a limited company? Who knows? It probably took votes off his old party, UKIP. Results Sunday.

So, how'd it go?

UKIP is more or less dead.

It's kind of funny, Farage was unable to run UKIP properly, kind of left politics to make money, Brexit broke down because of the hardcore Brexiters in parliament changing their idea after the vote and claiming everyone suddenly wanted a no-deal (after talking about how easy it would be to get a deal during the election), then gets paid by some guy who thinks he'll make more money out of the EU, and Farage is back, new party, no manifesto, literally promised nothing (well the election is kind of pointless) and the Brexiters go crazy for him. Even though he's said he'd leave the UK if things go badly after Brexit. And the Brexit party even has a new MEP who LIVES IN FRANCE.

It's bizarre and shows just how destructive politics can be.

Wonder how the Brexit Party plans to accomplish what May couldn't in three years.

i think she resigned because Trump is releasing all those unredacted documents, and they will probably show how deep the British government was involved in undermining the election of Donald Trump. It wasn't the Russians interfering, it was the British.

That's another thing, the "Farage kind of left politics" thing he does. He's been an elected MEP for twenty years, screwing the EU for every expense he can think of (some of which was illegal and they're taking back) and rarely turning up to work. His attendance is the worst in Europe, except one guy with terminal cancer. He's a grifter, like Trump, but on a smaller scale.

They can't. They're elected to the European parliament, not Westminster. They'll take the salary and run, while trouble-making with their far right friends in the EU.

So, how'd it go?

The Brexit party gained four seats over his previous UKIP party, more or less inheriting the same space they had before. The expressly anti-Brexit parties took more votes and seats in record numbers, and took slightly more. The two main parties collapsed, both the Tory government and the Labour opposition, who tried to face both ways at once. UKIP were wiped out. Stephen Yaxley-Lennon the fascist football thug lost his deposit.

Oh totally. He's on a ride and he's loving it. And he still manages to be broke. It's ridiculous. He's bad at running his own life. PM? Er...

~ She messed up for too long. Apparently many no longer trust her . Bye-bye Theresa ...``🙋:2wave:
