There have been floods, on every continent, all over the earth since the surface cooled millions of years ago. Evidence of a flood in Mesopotamia is not evidence of Noah's "global" flood.
 

There were an estimated 14 million people on earth in 3000 BC. If a global flood wiped everyone out with the exception of Noah and his family around ~2400 BC, how did the population end up with an estimated 27 million in 2000 BC?

Must have been some wild orgies back in the day.

My argument against the Noah Story is, do you really believe Noah would make sure 2 mosquitoes and 2 ticks get on the Ark?

Its a metaphoric story of judgement, redemption and obedience. It also provides a monothistic variation to a common myth in Mesopotamia.

one could ake the same argument for vampires. Science does not recognise there existence yet we can find mention of them in every society throughout history. So given your argument you would also have to argue that vampires are real and exist.
