What a mess for the kids. They've lost their father, grandmother and now may lose their mother. Do we know how old they are now?

They had two sons, one born in 2009 and one in 2010. I can't imagine being a grandparent and knowing my son was murdered, and my grandchildren are still in the care of the woman who is the reason why he is now dead.
