Were there any real evidence that Romney had broken laws, the Democrats would have shouted it from the rooftops by now. As it is, the tax return and Bain questions are simply diversions from the real issues, a way to convince voters to vote for Obama. It is not a lot different from the stupid "birther" nonsense and accusing Obama of being a secret Muslim. It's all fluff, nonsense, irrelevant, and absurd.
Which one is the most likely to be able to lead this country out of the depression? That is the question. Which issues do each of them really support? That is another question, and one not easy to answer.
There is little difference between the two candidates. Romney is marginally the better candidate, IMO, because of his experience in private enterprise.
But, I'm not planning to vote for either one. I'd like to see some of Gary Johnson's ideas be tried out for a change, but then, that's just an impossible dream at this point.
