I think you could justify pretty much everything you say about the charges and cause of death...right up until about 5:30 into the video, at 8:25 pm he clearly loses consciousness. That they kept an unconscious suspect in a breathing compromised position for a full 3 minutes after he was unresponsive is indefensible.
