But bear in mind that I did some myself and saw a replication of the same pattern evident in all of the "communist" "revolutions".

Seizure of power followed by totalitarianism, wrapped in "socialism", with a "vanguard" that lived like rich folks and never showed any signs of trying to actually establish a "workers paradise" or do away with their sweet position.

The root of this entire conversation is in the roots of the words associated with them.

Communism-communal equal ownership and distribution of resources.

Capitalism-capital , focuses primarily on accumulation of capital, which assumes that resources will be more efficiently distributed when profits are involved.

Socialism- society, focuses on the health of the society as a whole. Allows capitalism and private ownership.

Socialism is possibly the most propagandized word ever. It had to be. To keep the world safe for people with an endless hunger for status.

Capitalism satisfies that hunger. More and more over anything else as capital concentrates and more and more can be spent on politicians and propaganda.

As for the term socialism, yes it is overused. I usually the term in a cautionary fashion, warning ppl of its past failures. Looks good on paper, but not in practice. Unfortunately this "socialism" concept is diametrically opposed to capitalism and the two cannot coexist peacefully (to quote 2nd worst president in history, George Bush lol

Socialism has become the new fad. As previously mentioned, our children aren't getting an education when they go to college. Quite the opposite in most cases these students are being indoctrinated, not finding or seeking out the facts for themselves.

Remember, Capitalism highlights the individuals potential, where as the other left wing ideologies do not, focus more on the "nation"

As far as the picture it is an insult to everyone that has or will serve in the military. Trump is not a military guy, in fact he avoided it. Its a stolen valor picture and very insulting. as a patriotic American I would have to protest using Trump in any military setting. ANd worse Trump is an insult to to the founders and the American way.

The social democracies that are ususally referred to as "socialist" are not even close as they have private property and private ownership of the means of production.

The real difference, and the reason for the propaganda, is that they don't put capital above everything else. And we do. There's a myth that capitalism naturally allocates resources most efficiently. Yet its based now on disposable crap and constant replacement. We are deep into the decadence phase of our society now.

And no society that I know of has turned around at this point.

Well first of all, Trump is the president, so he could be considered or framed as a king, or royalty of sorts. The soldiers are normal soldiers. You know, being the commander and chief gives you privileges and command over our armed forces, so that fits in just fine as well. I think you are reading into this to far and missing the point. Are you really so stupid that you don't get the drift by now that the mainstream media is totally opposed to Trump in every way possible?

Seeing as how the mainstream media can only paint our president in a negative light, I wanted to set up a converter of sorts. Come here for the truth about Trump. We will take MSM news stories, pick them apart and analyze Trumps true intent, essentially, we will highlight the lies and manipulation of the media in an effort to set the record straight on Trumps true performance in Office.

We can get started tomorrow afternoon, that's when I will have time to dedicate to the cause.
