The officers are innocent of all charges

Both autopsy's state Floyd's death was a homicide. So if it was not the LEO's , then who? There is no evidence that anyone else was involved.

Homicide is not illegal. Illegal homicide is illegal.

Coroners aren't cops or lawyers. As for their medical opinion - their expertise - they both say he died of a heart attack, said he had a bad heart, that he was covid-19 positive, was on meth and was on fentanyl - ALL which can cause a heart attack - the #1 killer in the USA. Fentanyl also attacks the lungs and the brain for heart and lung function - as does covid-19. The criminal legal opinion is worthless as they are not experts in criminal law.

At no time did he tell the police he was on fentanyl. Police carry the antidote. He never told the police he was on meth. Never told the police he tested positive for covid-19. Never told the police he had a bad heart. He also was drunk or acting drunk - another cause of heart attacks.

" In the 911 call that drew police, the caller described the man suspected of paying with counterfeit money as “awfully drunk and he’s not in control of himself.”
That was the opinion of a by-stander, not a police concoction.

If anyone "killed' Floyd, it was himself.

If there is a fair trial, there is no chance 3 of the 4 will be convicted of anything. There is no chance the one officer is convicted of "murder" because that requires intent to kill. But there is almost no chance any will receive a fair trial. They are all 4 being denied their right to bail, being tortured by being put into solitary and can be forced to plea merely by threatening to put them into general population with a black gang where that officer would be beaten and gang raped until murdered - and absolutely nothing to stop that from happening nor any basis for a lawsuit if it does.

I can not recall any greater injustice at this scale in the criminal justice system. None have a criminal record. It is not a 1st degree case. Nothing shows any a flight risk.Nothing has even been shown they have a passport. The goal is to terrorize the 3 completely not guilty to plea out as the only way to ever get out of jail alive.

Homicide does mean that someone caused the death. It will be up to the courts to decide if it was criminal or not.
"Homicide is defined as the action of one person directly causing the death of another. A death that occurs during and is related to the commission of a felony is also considered homicide. A violent death may stem from some kind of deliberate or purposeful action, but intent to cause death need not be present or proven for the classification as homicide.

"Murder" is a term used under specific conditions in criminal law matters as as a general concept. An example might be that of unintentional firearms-related hunting death. The two autopsy do not agree on the specifics of the cause of death.

It doesn't matter if Floyd had drugs in his system or not. Doesn't matter if he didn't tell the LEO's.

What the first report said was, " "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression,""

So are you not telling the truth. It seems Floyd did not have a heart attack.

Here is what the videos actually show even with the carefully edited video by the MSM.


George Floyd, who the police would have learned is a drug dealer of multiple convictions, an armed robber, and who had been a fugitive before they put him in the back of the police car. He was put in the back seat on the driver's side. No violence and no injury. The officer who put him in the car on the same side.


The car starts to shake - making it clear Floyd was kicking or otherwise causing the disturbance. The police pulled out and one officer held him down with a knee on the side of his neck - NOT on his throat. Floyd calling out "I can't breathe" was not because he was being suffocated - a person being suffocated can't make a sound (obviously). He also said he was in pain.


It is clear he died of a heart attack - not being suffocated. The officer's knee on the side of his neck would not suffocate anyone. His being being infected with covid-19 and his likely drug usage being the cause of the heart attack. George Floyd had been treated 100% with respect and was safely in the back of the police car, until Floyd - a big and powerful man became violent within the car making in necessary to get him out of the car and further restrain him. During this, he died of a heart attack. THAT is the TRUE story.


Were I on the jury I would find the officer with the knee on him to restraint him not guilty. I also would find the other 3 not guilty and including a note that the District Attorney should be fired for prosecuting clearly innocent officers.


While at first it seemed a clear criminal case against ONE of the officers, seeing all the video such as is possible it became very clear this is 100% concocted out of MSM lies entirely for political purposes. It is election season and the MSM does this every election season.


The 4 officers are innocent. It was George Floyd who caused is own death nor are the officers responsible for him having a bad heart - a combination of his involvement with drugs, booze and infected with covid-19. He forced officers to further try to restrain him and he died of a heart attack.

All this is about is that the 24/7 covid-19 bio-terrorism campaign to destroy the economy to get Trump and put mom and pop brick-and-mortar stores out of business for the richest corporations on earth. Therefore, it was time to ramp up this election season's race baiting and race riots to take it's place - plus get thousands more mom and pop small stores destroyed for the super rich. It's all a massive MSM lie for political purpose, nothing else.

I am deeply saddened by the grotesquely corrupt using those 4 officers in the foulest corruption of the criminal justice system - and no words can expresses my hatred of the Democrats on the MSM and Democratic politicians responsible for the next way they figures to destroy tens or hundreds of thousands of people's lives - again destroying the poorest people to benefit the richest people seeking power out of it.

I don't think you have enough evidence presented here to support your position on this topic. You may be right but we will not know until all the evidence gets into the hands of defense attorneys, prosecutors and in the court room.

Here is the standard right wing justification of the murder of George Floyd:

1. he was a criminal once who used violence once so who cares, he used to have drugs (half a gram twice), he once committed theft (22 years ago) and in 2007 he robbed someone. So no problem that we sit on his neck until he is dead.

He left jail in 2009, moved to Minneapolis as part of a christian work program, went through drugs rehab, worked among others for the Salvation army. Yeah, how dare he try and turn his life around. That none of this was known to the asswipe officers who sat on his back and on his neck and thus was not an issue in his arrest/death is of course not interesting. As long as they can vilify the victim and claim the cops were "saints". Ooh, 1 of the police officers also had a criminal past but you neatly forgot to mention that.

2. you cannot say "I can't breath" when you suffocating so he was not suffocating

Seth Stoughton, a law professor at the University of South Carolina and co-author of “Evaluating Police Uses of Force,” said the position Floyd was placed in by Chauvin easily could have led to his death.

In positional or compression asphyxia, Stoughton said, a subject is able to breathe enough to speak but “they’re not able to draw enough oxygen over an extended period of time to maintain basic life functions.”

“Officers need to understand that there’s ventilation, and there’s respiration,” Stoughton told Insider. “You and I can hold our breath and still talk. We don’t need to breathe to talk. So that myth has to be dispelled.”

More justification nonsense. If you are dying due to lack of oxygen, your heart will stop. That happens when you CANNOT BREATHE due to positional and compression asphyxia. Dr. Michael Baden stated he died due to no longer being able to breathe. THAT is the cause of his death, him having had covid earlier, him having a heart disease and maybe having used some fentanyl or meth use, don't know if this is true because the police paid doctor did not state what levels were in his blood for example.

The issue is not whether he did have an underlying heart disease, or had some fentanyl/meth in his blood, he did not die from any of those things. He would have still been alive if the asswipe officers in the video had not put him in a positions of compression asphyxia and positional asphyxia, without the actions of the officers, meaning keeping the man in a position where you could not breathe properly for many many many minutes, even after losing consciousness they kept asphyxiating him until he was DEAD. So there is your homicide. All the BS you put in your story is the usual "blame the victim guy", well the victim did not asphyxiate himself, that was all down to his murderers.
 
Anybody else but me think that the OP is just working backwards to try to justify Floyd’s killing? “He’s dead, it looks bad, but actually everybody can go home, while I explain how Floyd was to blame.”

Fortunately you don’t get to decide whether to prosecute this case, Joko.
