The 2 trainees should never have been arrested. Discharged from the force since they could never safely be officers there. The other veteran? I don't see a crime.
The one with his knee on Floyd's neck in violation of policy? Something like MAYBE reckless endangerment, abuse of power, or civil rights violation if they MUST get a conviction. There is no murder case here. Murder means you meant to kill someone at the time you did, with premeditation not charged and the highest offense.
There is NOTHING to indicate the officer meant to kill Floyd, literally nothing.
HOWEVER, DAs often over charge police as the way to get not guilty verdicts. The DA has incentive to do so because the city is going to get sued for tens of millions of dollars and convictions prove liability. This is a common tactic by prosecutors in cases involving the police. They prosecute - but overcharge to get an acquittal.
