No, let's make sure everyone who is entitled to vote, and no more is able to vote. Slightly different situation.

And on that basis, they will fight mail-in voting with everything they've got.

And logistically, unless the USA acts quickly, yes it will be a disaster and it doesn't look like you'll act quickly.

The USA only seems to act with gusto when it involves bombing brown people in distant lands, other than that, it's hurry up and wait for pretty much everything else.

Putin Trump & Rowers have forced the USA to turn to postal ballot voting in the election of the Potus.

Constitutional Americans are damned if we do and damned if we don't by the new extreme and unanticipated necessity forced by Putin Trump & Rowers.

Yet Trump will be removed and dismissed this year -- one way or the other -- and by Constitutional means, purposes and goals. A botched election of the Potus generated by Putin Trump & Rowers will be the trigger, have no doubt.

Republicans will make voting as difficult as possible. It's their best strategy to protect the precious.

"The U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s recommended timeline to expand the use of vote-by-mail starts in the first week of April — which was, of course, four weeks ago.' I'm sure most of us are familiar with the term "planned obsolescence". This is looking like "planned disaster".

What's difficult about following the process? Is it harder for Dims to do it than R's? What's so freaking difficult about doing what you need to do? BOTH sides have the same requirements, or are you saying D's are too stupid to do what they need to do to vote?

In this thread Canada appears to be your rubber crutch.

So you need to come south a few clicks and get back in with the rest of us in the USA.

Cause Canada has nothing to do with it in the USA. With all due respect to American supporters in Canada, elections in Canada are irrelevant an immaterial to elections in the USA. Canada is a UK Commonwealth country while USA is a sovereign independent republic.

US is well behind other 1st world democracies on mail in voting, voter suppression actions not tolerated in other countries, gerrymandering.

Now consider a 2nd wave of C19 is expected in the fall
