It already has. The shooting at the baseball game is one. I saw on the news last night that a bunch of idiots have taken over an ICE building, forcing it to shut down operations, and the Lefty run police force and mayor, will do nothing to those people blocking the street and the sidewalk and intimidating those who don't like it. Peaceful thus far, but no one has tried to get them to move yet. Meanwhile, they have broken windows in teh building and posted signs all over the property condemning Trump and ICE.
