I get weird encoding text and symbols for what is supposed to be "quotation marks" and apostrophe's (maybe others?) only in the thread title field -- not in the body of the post.

This happens just on the Debatepolitics website, no where else on the web.

Is there a setting I need to change?

It’s been randomly happening for a while now, mgmt has been advised.
