No, the situation was ripe for its departure. I view that a good thing. No one could imagine Miliki would screw it up so bad. The situation was stable on the ground, the proper foundations laid, the military and the whole U.S. for that matter did all that could be expected. It is like we took a baby and taught it how to crawl and then to walk, how to run was up to the kid or in this case Iraq and Miliki. One can do only so much.
