For the sake of America. We have had more than a few presidents I deemed lousy. Such as the republican Abe Lincoln. But he was a bonafide war criminal.

Abe invaded VA and later other states. Abe suppressed journalism in the North. Abe jailed press members and publishers. Abe abused the Supreme Court. Abe ended habeas corpus for years. not to punish the South, but to punish the North. One had to swear a loyalty oath to Abe to be safer.

Donald Trump has repeatedly attacked the freedom of the press and other rights, but you don't seem to be opposing it, who why is it different when Lincoln did it during wartime?

Roger Taney wrote the Dred Scott decision, which is one of the worst decisions in the history of the Court, so I'm not going to support his nonsense.

Donald Trump objects to yellow journalism. Do you understand what that is? Jim Acosta provides many examples of yellow journalism. Democrats once knew the term.

Taney followed the law at the time. Bear in mind, when ranting, 12 presidents owned slaves. And had it not been legal, they could never have done it.

The confederate troops had not by that time tried to invade the South. It was Abe the outlaw that invaded the South. And a state no less that had zip to do with Sumter. Sumter was fired upon by then short range cannons. That accounts for there being no injuries at the Fort caused by the Confederates.
