Dr. Birx lays it out pretty well in this interview

I think those are two very critical questions because we are in a new phase, and that's why I wanted to make it clear to the American people, it’s why we started putting out governor reports directly to the health officials and the governors in every single state, because we could see that each thing had to be tailored," Birx explained.

According to the Task Force Coordinator, every state is given their own tailored set of recommendations and guidelines based on the area and what's taking place at local hospitals, which is why every state's response is vastly different.

Direct communications with governors, and tailored recommendations. Sounds like a great process.

.......because the response has been working out so well, up to this point....

150K+ dead and rising, -33% GDP growth. Working very well!

Yeah. They're so good, let's vote for more! :doh

Geezus krist. She's become a con like them. I watched the interview. Everything Trump touches turns to ****.

Don't you all trust the experts?

"...which is why every state's response is vastly different."

The Red state "tailored set of recommendations and guidelines" don't have any masking, hand washing and social distancing because "based on the area" data show hardly any new cases or deaths? Hence, Birx is giving the Red state govs a reason to say they are following guidelines?

This is while the president is at a fund raiser in Tampa shown with 15-20 people, no masks, all gathered very close to each other. In Florida, one of if not the worst state right now.

Great example Covidiot Donald. See, Dr. Birx has a decent sounding plan. If only now she could get the president to understand. Until he does, there is no national plan.

If you say so, that said you continue to support him so same difference.

Telling the truth about libs doesnt mean I support Trump, so youve failed again.

I don't think many states followed the guidelines. I know many skipped steps in the reopening phase. I know here in Arizona it is suggested that indoor dining should be shut down but it is not. Gatherings should be 10 or less but it is 50 or less. We are improving but it seems we should be doing better. That being said, businesses are being saved so maybe it's not necessarily the wrong decision.

So what? Fund raisers are part of the political landscape; the point is that his experts and the capabilities of CDC and NIH are working closely with state governments to help tailor their response the the virus.

Is there some reason you don't want to admit to being a member of the cult, do they know you haven't been drinking your Kool-Aid?

We all know your TDS makes you think anyone not on your side is therefore some sort of Trump supporter, but hey, its not how the real world works you know.

They failed. She's rationalizing.
Things don't spontaneously disappear. You guys have been whining about a "nation strategy" and have been since shortly after you insisted Trump couldn't constitutionally order states to open or close. You guys need to fine a consistent approach.

IMHO, this is as a very good approach; it separates things the fedd do well, e.g. virus and epidemiology expertise and coordinating virus development, from states' bailiwick - local knowledge and on scene oversight. I realize some of you guys won't be happy until Fauci and Birx are standing in a Kmart parking lot swabbing noses.

Awww, that didn't take long, got nothing so fall back on TDS.....good grief and I bet you think your fooling everyone else while only fooling yourself. Have an excellent Sunday.....

This after saying Biden and AOC are the only "experts" Democrats trust. Not even clever let alone "the truth". Fauci is the respected expert. Biden and AOC are respected for their political views only.

TDS. Probably stands for "Trump's Dimwit Syndicate".

They haven't gotten it to work yet, so I have no faith.

They talk a good game, but deliver little. All I see Trump doing is politics & spinning, with nothing substantive occurring. It's just a snow job.

Yeah, but at least the political guy (Biden) is smart enough to put the respected guy (Fauci) in charge. That's a big deal.

The irony is that liberals act more like cultist and Conservatives act more like sheep. It reminds me of when Tiger Woods (A black man) was the best golfer in the world and Eminem (A white man) was the best rapper in the world.

Liberals are overly emotional and seek community approval. They suffer from TDS and are easily indoctrinated. They shun those who don't think like them. Conservatives get their direction from one person...Trump! They are not well educated and not capable of differentiating between whats fake and real on Youtube.

I'm probably not gonna get a lot of likes on this post.
