More troops were killed in Iraq and Afghanistan during the first two years of the Obama administration (1,025) than in the first two years of Trump (68).

Teargassing women and kids on the other side of a border fence isn't so risky as fighting ISIS, that's true.

well yeah. Obama inherited a mess; Trump inherited a large pullout of forces.

How many more troops were in Iraq and Afghanistan when Obama took office, vs. when Trump took office?
 
This argument (if you can call it that) is like claiming that more American soldiers died under Kennedy than they did under Ford.

Is it Trump's fault that law enforcement officers have been using tear gas for decades? Democrats do not like tear gas? Me neither. I was gassed when I was in the Army during training. I can see how being gassed would help break up unruly mobs of rioters.

Lasted eight years with massive reduction of forces. Are you going to try to tell me that troop levels in Afghanistan and Iraq didn’t change during Obama’s presidency?

Well, they did change....including an intervention force in 2014, that we are still dealing with.

Why does it matter where they're from? His point was they were "women and kids." Same as mine. Or do you think Mexicans are worth more than Pakistanis?

The first two years of each President's term of office were completely different regarding our war footing in both countries.

Or perhaps you were not aware of that?

There is no fair comparison.

"War footing" is just a euphemism for Obama keeping our troops in harm's way.

I imagine our troops hardly care what Putin does or does not do. A flaming homosexual being forced on them by social planners in the officer corps are more likely to destroy troop morale than anything else.
