I have in my past worked with people who were truly victimized I married a person that has been utterly victimized do you know what they all have in common? They hate being seen as victims. they don't want you to tell them that you're sorry for the things that they went through. They typically want to be treated like everyone else. they don't want special attention given to the things that happen to them because those are not their accomplishments. It's something that happens to them that they couldn't help.




I don't think you're victimized by straight white men I don't think you're victimized at all victims don't brag about it true victims don't treat it like it's something they deserve a cookie for.

I find this concept you're presenting is belittling to real victims.
