It's not only right here on this site, it is everywhere. Even most lefties acknowledge this.

Yet all you can do is point in a vague direction and say it is there. You even have the audacity to claim the left will back you.

But can you actually produce anything but your opinion that the evidence is there. can you actually produce some evidence. I doubt it.

You don't seem to be understanding. I hate political parties. Probably most Americans hate political parties. Most Americans would like to get rid of political parties. But, getting rid of political parties is nothing but a fantasy. My fantasies are much better than yours but I don't waste them on politics. If you want to live in the real world then you need to talk about realities. Getting rid of political parties is not reality.

Another thread inspired me to post this poll. I think some lefties here on DP feel that Democrats best chance of winning elections is by forcing people to vote or face a fine as they do in some other countries like Australia. I guess their thinking is that the more people who vote the more will vote Democrat. So, should we up our voter turnout to 90% or more by forcing people to vote or face a fine for not voting?

I said there are many Americans who are too stupid to vote. I don't hate them because they are stupid. In fact, much of their stupidness isn't actually their fault. You hate ALL Americans. You think any American who owns a gun wants to kill people.

Not at all i think that americans who own guns make the mistake of thinking a right to own a gun is also a right to kill with that gun.

But that's not what they think. It's not what they think at all. But, many of these people own guns for self defense and they actually have a legal right to use their guns to kill people that need killing. Is self defense wrong? If one of these victims in NZ had a gun, don't you think they had the right to use it to kill?

I don't expect we could eliminate the existence of political parties, but should work to eliminate the involvement in local and State elections by a National party funding. You seem more intent to argue than to work toward resolving what I thought we both agreed to be a problem in how our political system works.

And how do you propose to do that? Do you think we should call our Democratic and Republican Congresspersons and Senators and ask them to change the laws? Of course that would bring up lawsuits if it happened, of which there is no way that it would. How do you think the Supreme Court would vote on that?
