SDNY Files Charges Against Avenatti; Arrested in LA

STORY just BROKE.


Michael Avenatti (referred to as " Mouthenatti" in this document! ) has been charged in the Southern District of New York , AND ARRESTED in LA .


SDNY in relation to judgement against him, in LA for EXTORTION.(supposedly).

Might be the SAME SET of CHARGES..ARRESTED in LA. Got it.

This comes hours after he said he was planning a press conference regarding an NCAA and Nike basketball scandal. Avenatti’s arrest was first reported by Reuters’ Jan Wolfe in the early afternoon of March 25. Avenatti is accused of attempting to extort money from Nike regarding the scandal.

And the lawyer for Trump who paid Stormy off on Trump's orders is going to spend many years in jail..

Not sure what the gloating is all about here given how many Trump associates are in jail/going to jail..

Not for that, he isn't, as NDAs are perfectly legal, and Trump's was paid for with his PERSONAL MONEY.

I think that's the same case...he was just taken into custody in LA (I think).

Opps, was thinking of someone else. So many people around Trump end up in jail, it's hard to keep them all straight.
