We do need an investigation, not just of the immediate response, but of our preparedness in the leadup to this pandemic with recommendations for the future. It should be bipartisan, preferably with a joint House-Senate committee or possibly a presidential commission with appointees who are apolitical and beyond reproach. What we DON'T need is another Schiff-run, anti-Trump, political witch hunt. I also favor a UN commission to investigate the world' response, including the WHO's initial wet noodle response and China's actions.

From what I have read all this was was an investigation into what happened and what we can do so it doesn't happen again
