I' didn't realize how incompetent Shaun was until I see her. She's erudite, thinks damned quick on her feet and, in the face of a Left-leaning press, a real asset to the White House. Wow!

What do you think about her?

I'll give her this: she defends the lies of a pathological liar without looking as pathetic as Spicer did, but she's still pathetic in her own, unique way.

Given that she's a dishonest tool herself, that doesn't appear to be that much of an achievement, however.

I couldn't be her. I would have a very hard time defending the indefensible. :lol:
 
She certainly seems to handle the impossible job better than Spicer. Though I kind of miss Spicer. He had a lot of entertainment value.

I thought Spicer was worthless. In the beginning, I thought Sarah was worthless. She's gaining on the job experience though, where Sean just seemed to always be putting his foot in his mouth. Bottom line, I never understood this position. It seems totally worthless to me. It's just an arm of the official White House propaganda machine. I came close to losing several television sets during the Obama administration and it's not much different now. Do we really ever learn anything from these people? Not really.

She is obviously a much better liar than Spicer was. And it is obvious she has none of those irksome pangs of conscience that Spicer exhibited when he had to publicly spew that Trump nonsense that even he knew was crap/ Sanders does it without skipping a beat.

She is much better suited to be the mouthpiece for a serial liar than Spicer was.
 
I'll lay political and ethical considerations aside, and judge her purely on her skills and performance:

She's pretty good. Not perfect, but good. As in definitely good enough. And she blows Spicer out of the water, though that's not saying much!

She has perhaps the most difficult PR jobs in Washington, and she pulls it off. And she has the important quality of knowing when to shut up, when to say no. Trump could learn from her.
 
The problem with Spicer is that, at the end of the day, he had a conscience and deep down he understood that what he was doing was wrong. Sanders seems unburdened by any such conscience and is therefore able to lie with infinitely greater comfort. Unlike Spicer, I suspect Sanders sleeps like a baby.

Which is utterly irrelevant to what I stated. She's a known liar, and covers for a known pathological liar. She's doing just fine at that, to be sure.

And since it escaped your notice, we're all behind keyboards here.

Please try harder.

I'll give her a B as a spin-master. But she relies far too much on the tactic of: "Don't know. I'll get back to you on that" and of course it never happens. She does however come prepared with a cheat-sheet on specific topics and a formulaic response.

Sanders is on a spin-par with Maria Zakharova, the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman. That said, Sarah definitely lacks the charisma and versatility of Masha...

Agree, politics aside, she's damn good at her job. I can respect that.

Yeah, she knows how to stand her ground with the press but she doesn't answer any questions. A lot of her responses and stonewalling actually sounds kind of stupid and makes the WH look bad. She is defending the indefensible, and she is definitely talented at it.
 
One day she will have to explain to her children how she was able to stand at that podium and lie to her country.
