Porton Down is WMD lab and has toxins including nerve agents. UK MoD censoring all inquiries by independent media with D letters regarding all things Skripal. Pablo Miller and Christopher Steele connections to Skripal and the Steele Dossier invite CIA/FBI/DNC connections.

What about Russian hacking attempt (and subsequent deportation) at the OPCW at the time they were investigating the Novichok?

They have covered up evidence. Refused to make samples or actual data about possible poisons. Cloistered Skripals to prevent communication from them. Destroyed as much evidence as possible. As regards photo of Russian tourists in Rogue Valley photo, it looks like the two blonde girls on the other side of the street may be headed toward Skripal's home. What's in their handbags?

To be fair, while we in the West had the USSR's 'closed cities' to fret about, Soviet citizens would have had named locations. As good operatives their mobile phones were probably proprietary technology bricks that meant it took them a while to discover via Google the joys and terrors of the small town they had been sent to.

I actually know someone who in the scheme of things has to go into Porton Down on an occasional basis and does so nae bother. That said, there are deep life things about which I do question his judgement, so I can imagine how discovery of local Chernobyl type zone might have made Dumb & Dumber go off on one.

I guess it's only for domestic consumption is why the Russians haven't already taken their losses on this and moved on. To the rest of us their going on about it just draws attention to itself in itself.

MoD D letters are censorship letters to UK press.
They had to have nerve agent samples from Porton Down to identify the alleged poison. Named "novichok" by USA scientists at US WMD labs.
OPCW shared no samples as required by their own charter.
Have you seen any Skripals?
The Skripal home. The Tavern. The park bench. Novichok is destroyed and diluted by water and was not protected.
Where are Skripal guinea pigs and cats?
