It is being destroyed because we cant abuse our healthcare workers, because they might just stop showing up for work....saving our lives in a pandemic without proper PPE and other supplies because the managers of America failed at their jobs and failed completely is not what they signed up for.

The economic harm is being imposed out of fear, not out of a realistic threat assessment. This is panic. Imagine waking up every morning to "3,000 more die on America's roads!!"
