I just listened to some excerpts on Hannity, and yes, he denies it. Are you misremembering, or just dishonest?
No, let's look at the transcript:
HANNITY: At that time in your life...Let me ask you this you do remember these girls would it be unusual for you as a 32 year old guy to have dated a woman as young as 17? That would be a 15 year difference or a girl 18. Do you remember dating girls that young at that time?
MOORE: Not generally, no. If did, you know, I'm not going to dispute anything but I don't remember anything like that.
HANNITY: But you don't specifically remember having any girlfriend that was in her late teens even at that time?
MOORE: I don't remember that and I don't remember ever dating any girl without the permission of her mother. And I think in her statement she said that her mother actually encouraged her to go out with me.
Now, I am 41 years old, let's say Hannity asked me the same questions:
Hannity: At that time in your life...Let me ask you this you do remember these girls would it be unusual for you as a 32 year old guy to have dated a woman as young as 17? That would be a 15 year difference or a girl 18. Do you remember dating girls that young at that time?
Me: No, absolutely not. In my 30s, I was interested in women my age at the time. I would have had no interest in an underage girl, and I think there is something seriously wrong with any grown man that would.
HANNITY: But you don't specifically remember having any girlfriend that was in her late teens even at that time?
Me: Absolutely not.
You see, that is how a normal person answers that question. They don't hedge their answers. They sure as hell don't talk about being a man in their 30s getting permission from an underage teen girl's mother to date them. If the way he answered those questions doesn't tell you all you need to know about him, then I don't know what to tell you.
