It IS easy to dismiss them as morons because they treat this like it is a problem for the nation. It isn't. It is a state and local one. Period. And trying to act like it is a national problem is a ****ing joke. And that is what they have done.

There are many things that are primarily state and local but that are made national issues - abortion, gun control are two big ones. And if they believer the problem with police and their relationship with the black population involves at least several major cities, then almost by definition it's also a "national" problem.
