Rodgers Vs Brady

No. I am saying Rodgers holds onto the ball better than anyone ever. And, not turning the ball over is a huge part of the game, perhaps even the most important part of being a good quarterback.
Aaaaaaaaaaand....still only one Superbowl.

Good QB...no one is questioning that. GOAT? Dont be silly.

He is on pace to throw 400 TD with fewer than 100 INT. No QB in history has fewer than 100 picks for 300 TD's. Don't be silly.

Wahoo. If/When that happens they should pop a few corks. Maybe give him the gameball. That will be awesome. Aaaaaaaaaaand...still only 1 Superbowl.

You are being silly. You are coming across as much a fanboy as Bucky is about Brady. Maybe more so.

Rodgers? Me a fanboy? I hate that cheese head. I'm a Bears and Lions fan. But, that Int stat is pretty amazing nonetheless.

Great stat. No doubt. Now...the Superbowl is on the line...you have 2 minutes, no time outs, the length of the field, and are down by 6. Who do YOU want under center...Brady or Rodgers?

I can help you out....

Aaron Rodgers: 0-35 when trailing by more than 1 point in 4th quarter against teams with a winning record

Nicklaus was never the best striker of the golf ball, but other players cringed when they saw him creeping up the leader board. Why...... because they knew Jack knew how to win, and Jack knew that you knew that he was going to beat you.

I heard this on the radio while driving home last night. Rodgers has only 72 interceptions to his 297 TD passes, and he will be the first QB to reach 300 TD passes while throwing fewer than 100 INT's. Amazing to beat that standard by over 25%.

Tom Brady? He threw 115 to reach 300.

That difference is huge. It means AR is 50% more efficient on holding onto the ball than is TB.

Aaron Rodgers will be first QB with 300 TDs before 100 interceptions | ProFootballTalk

Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT. No question.

There is only one stat that counts. That's Super Bowl wins. Winning the Super Bowl is the goal of each and every team in the NFL and its the only stat that counts with them.

Rogers has the lowest number if interceptions per 300 TD's in the history of the game, by almost 50 picks. He's 100 picks under the average of the 5 best QB's ever. That really is quite amazing.

It is amazing. Its a very good stat. He is not the GOAT. That's Brady, hands down. Period. End of sentence.

I catch flack for being a Patriots fan but you admit to being a fan of the Steelers, Bears and now Lions?

Lol

If Brady was drafted by the Colts, do you honestly believe we would be having this conversation?

Given that Manning costs the Colts a SB against the Saints with his INT to Porter, yes, Brady would have certainly won more than 1 SB as the Colts QB.

Manning has thrown so many critical INTs in the playoffs, he been a real choker. Remember, the colts defense really carried that SB team. Manning choked big time in the playoffs.

Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT. No question.

Rogers is the greatest QB that I have ever seen.

but which QB has the BIG Super Bowl wins?

That is like saying who is better... Barry or Emmitt? Barry is of course but Smith had that insane offensive line that carried him to 3 Super Bowl Wins. If Barry had that he would have every record a running back can have.

And the Bronco's D is what carried them in his second SP as well... I agree Peyton is over rated.

So would you argue that Robert Horry with is 5 NBA titles is better than Larry Bird with his 3 Titles?

Naw, it is pretty clear that Titles is not everything.

They both pale in comparison to Ryan Leaf.

I just saw an ESPN show about him and how he went to prison for drug use and was in and out of jail and rehab and now he works as a speaker making almost minimum wage going around to high schools and such telling kids about how bad drugs are. Man, from #1 pick to nowhere. Amazing. Sad.

James Jones has gone to 7 consecutive NBA finals like LeBron. I doubt anyone is going to say Champ is as good as the King.

Kerr is another one of the Champion Journey Men that was a great role player with 5 Titles that nobody would rank in the Top 50 like they do Shaq with his 4. There is a lot more to it.Roger's teams and system, as good as they are, is not the Patriots. Watching Rogers play is amazing. The guy is as good as I have ever seen. On the fly. Making decisions. Ball placement. Running. I would say that he and Young are two of the best ever to only win 1 Title (as head QB).

Yep. Rodgers' accuracy blows away Tom Brady. It just does. And, with only 71 Int for nearly 300 TD, he is on his way to achieving something amazing, 400 TD with less than 100 INT. No one even has 300 with fewer then 100 picks.

Brady's nothing without the guy that deflates the footballs.

Rodgers doesn't need that kind of help.

That's apples and oranges. That said Robert Horry contributed to 5 title winning teams. He aint exactly chopped liver.

NFL is much different from the NBA. Super Bowls are harder to come by and far more subject to random chance than the NBA. Repeating is very difficult especially now with parity. Titles in the NFL tend to be more indicative greatness especially when going more than once. One need but look at the Buffalo Bills and their four sequential appearances and subsequent loses. By any measure Jim Kelly was an excellent quarterback, but he is NOT better than Troy Aikmen whom he competed against in a Super Bowl.

Jim Kelly was a much better QB than Troy Aikmen. Bills should not have even been in that 4th Superbowl. And, they certainly should have won that first one against the Giants, the one where Kelly drove them down the field in the final two minutes but the kicker went wide right (or left).

Did Kelly win the Super Bowl? Did Marino or Fouts? All were excellent Quarterbacks, but all of them didn't win when it counted. Troy Aikman was better simply because he was able to win a Super Bowl twice.

Football is the consummate team sport. With the exception of throwing a last minute interception or leading a last minute drive to the end zone, quarterbacks have little impact on the outcome of the game. Most of it is defense and ball control--again, interceptions. And Rogers has by far the highest TD to Interception ratio in the history of the league.
