And sorry, but your claim of hypocrisy regarding the Clinton/Lewinsky thing fails miserably where I am concerned. I have never had a problem with Clinton getting blowjobs from Lewinsky. And I have no doubt we will do it again because at some point once again you will ignore all the facts regarding the Lewinsky case and again make the idiotic claim that the whole thing was about consensual blow jobs in the WH.

No hypocrisy here - I think both situations were/are disgusting. I don't think your political leanings should have anything to do with whether or not you accept the fact both men appear to be misogynistic scum. It's taken a couple of decades and a boost from the #MeToo movement, but President Clinton seems to finally be getting the reputation he deserves. I still find it remarkable, however, that some people can trivialize "a blow job in the White House" (and not involving the married first couple) as if it was or should be an everyday occurrence. I'm not a prude, but I sure hope I never become so cavalier as to be accepting as normal the actions of President Clinton.

Actually, if I heard the man correctly, the Chief of Police in Jupiter Florida wants to see every man who was charged and arrested in this matter punished to the fullest extent of the law and that would involve all, including Robert Kraft, serving some time in jail. Pretty sure this Chief of Police isn't a socialist and like most police is likely pretty conservative in his law and order views.

For me, if the charges for Kraft remain simple solicitation jail time would be absurd - a large fine and community service, as well as any program in place for Johns, would be perfectly reasonable. If, however, the evidence leads and witnesses concur that Robert Kraft was fully aware of what was going on in this massage parlor, then jail time would be mandatory, in my view.

Because he was busted twice, the prosecutor has an option to charge him once for a first offense, and again for a second offense. Penalty more severe the second time.

While what you say is true, the most likely outcome is to accept a plea deal (with a fine and a couple of years of unsupervised probation) on one count and to just wait and see what (if anything) happens.

We will see. I think the important thing is the leverage it gives the prosecutor in any plea negotiation.
