John Paul Stevens Says Brett Kavanaugh Is Not Qualified for Supreme Court | Time

Wow, guess we should all stop now.

A reading of Steven's dissent on USSC 00-949 puts to rest any notion that he is someone who "should be listened to"....he's a LEFTIST AIRHEAD.

Yeah. Stopping the recount in a disputed election was a great day for American democracy. The fool couldn’t recognize that.

Stevens intellect was once strong. Back when Ford nominated him. He's now a hard core leftwing hack. He went from RINO to Jackass

It doesn't matter anybody that disagrees with you is a left-wing hack how pathetic

John Paul Stevens being one of the people responsible for our current crap SCOTUS and in fact crap justice system by way of submitting crap work....

His opinion on this matter is worth little.

Well he wouldn't he certainly wouldn't support extending the powers of the presidency where he could be above the law with impunity. You'd rather have an extreme Republican than a moderate.

You are out of touch with America

You don’t speak for America.

The elite are out of touch with America, those who have let their brains be molded at University are out of touch with America, those who believe what power tells them with no examination are out of touch with America, those who believe what the journalists claim are out of touch with America....I on the other hand am very clear on where America is...and I got to say it really sucks right now.

WE USED TO BE BETTER

Here is an extended excerpt of Ret. SC justice John Paul Stevens on why he opposes the nomination. It makes perfect sense.

After that, there is a concise discussion of the situation by people with a clue. One, for example, was a staffer that worked on the Judiciary Committee.

It's bizarre watching people without respect for the law, or any real knowledge of it, to want to toss one of the cornerstones of civilisation into the trash.
