Refusing to serve all black people, regardless of their beliefs or actions, is a blatant violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that prohibits discrimination in public accommodation businesses on race. He can kiss his businesses license goodbye. He can refuse to serve supporters of BLM opr people who are rowdy but he cannot refuse to serve all black people regardless of their actions or beliefs.

That rule is made meaningless by democrat support for looting and burning down of American businesses while defunding the police. Is America going to support American laws or not? It is very unlikely the insurance company would be liable for that. Insurance companies only have to pay for what is covered in the contract - not everything and anything.
