You can always tell when Trump has done something particularly stupid because it’s been a couple of hours and no Trumpette has come in to muddy the waters with like “well... Obama thought there was 57 states” or something.

So I can only imagine right now The Good Folks over at Fox and the entire Right Wing Blogosphere actually have no idea what to do with this one yet, as soon as they figure out something, they’ll put out a narrative, like clockwork we will see it here but this one is certainly a head scratcher even for them and I’ll be interested to see what direction they will take this... Cause yeah, that’s... Jesus Mary and Joseph that is pretty damned embarrassing.

This Syria war is a proxy war being fought over two competing oil pipelines, one from Qatar (the US-Nato-Saudi backed one) and one from Iran (the Russia-Syria backed one). Both need to go through Syria. Now Russia controls the pipeline.

Figured I'd get that in since all the Trump supporters are at "work" and can't reply because they have jobs you lazy so and so's.

I can't even begin to imagine how anyone is going to put this country back together while also trying to mend old wounds of our allies. It's definitely a herculean task and I don't envy any of the democratic candidates, one of which will be left to deal with this mess.
