LOL The entire free world lives under Democratic socialism so yes I guess you could say it is "more appealing" than a dictatorship. You defend socialism by contributing to and/or accepting payments from Social Security and Medicare, Your local police and firemen as well as the entire military are other examples of socialism that coexist with our capitalist economy and democratic govt. Also since you do not support Trump and find him "indefensible" do you also agree that his behaviors could be the reason for the increased violence by right wing extremists?

It was the antifa who far outnumbered white nationalists in Charlottesville, so much so that the white supremacists needed police protection. If it hadn't been for ONE crazy with a car, the whole narrative would have been entirely different. It is the left who stoke the antifa toward violence.

I think Antifa are on the way far left of the spectrum and don't represent the general liberal leaning population. One of the big problems in the political debate nowadays is the over generalization of groups; while that might make sense for general their general ideologies, the connection I don't think is accurate. I find it in the same category as assuming all GOP supporters are racist and members of far right groups.
