President ****bag Criming in Real Time During Yovanovitch's Testimony

Tweets are criminal?

Threaten the President's life by tweet. Then, when the Secret Service pays you a visit, tell them that it was a tweet so it didn't count.

So, ****bag launches a smear tweet against a witness WHILE SHE's TESTIFYING. He can't stop committing crimes even as his old crimes are revealed.

Thanks for posting this, I suspected as much but didn't know it to be fact. I don't do twitter so I only hear of things this moron says after the fact.

this is the big one Trump is finished NOW...

Isn't leftists who keep saying this isn't a criminal trial?

Ironically, yes!

I think the Schiff show knows they are losing their war, and bringing the Trump tweet is simply a last ditch effort.
I fail to see how a tweet maligning the ambassador is witness intimidation since she would have had NO knowledge of it while testifying until Schiffty the clown brought it into the mix.

Just for the Trumpers:

Rep. Elise Stefanik to me on Trump’s tweet attacking Yovanovitch: “I disagree with the tweet. I think Ambassador Yovanovitch is a public servant, like many of our public servants in the foreign service.”

Ken Starr on Fox News says Trump's tweet showed "extraordinarily poor judgment – the president frequently says I follow my instincts. Sometimes we have to control our instincts. So obviously this was quite injurious."

“We didn’t need that.” That’s what a Senior GOP source tells Fox about the President’s tweet.

she isn't a public servant she was fired months ago.
she is not employed.

Yes, this is an investigation and the person of interest sent a national text attacking a witness as she's testifying.

That is witness intimidation, particularly when you have tens of thousands of nut jobs who are willing to carry out trumps orders at anytime...

I don't see how the above meets the definition of witness intimidation because the witness wouldn't have been intimidated without having knowledge of the tweet while under oath. She didn't have knowledge until Schiffty made sure she knew. He set it all up, and then sat back and cried, witness intimidation! Trump also tweeted that Kent and Taylor were never Trumpers. Was that tweet witness intimidation too?

So I didn't commit perjury; see to have committed perjury one has to have taken an oath. Good, glad we could agree.

sure you did violate it. we don't have to show where you violated it just claim that you did.
you do not seem to miss the point of your failed logic in your own post.

you said that trump was witness tampering, but you failed to point out where and just posted the US code.
where and what in the tweet (that she didn't even see) was trump witness tampering or intimidating?

you know actual facts.

him not liking what she is saying is 100% protected by the first amendment.
witness tampering or intimidation occurs before the testimony not during when the other
person has no clue what is going on and is not under any intimidation.

but if you want to point to a statute and say they are guilty without providing evidence
then we can do the same and say you are guilty and do not need to provide evidence.

BREAKING: Chairman Schiff pauses today's impeachment hearing to read Trump tweets attacking an impeachment witness in real time. “It’s very intimidating,” former Amb. Yovanovitch said.
NBC News on Twitter: "BREAKING: Chairman Schiff pauses today's impeachment hearing to read Trump tweets attacking an impeachment witness in real time.

“It’s very intimidating,” former Amb. Yovanovitch said. https://t.co/8GqNQHUclr"

OMFG...

She wouldn't have know about the tweets if it were not for Schiff.

I agree with all of the above, but c'mon, this isn't impeachable stuff. This is Trump doing what he's done for 3 years and if Yovanovitch can be intimidated by his bluster, she has zero business being Ambassador to ANY country.

I agree with your first paragraph in theory. I've always said his big mouth is to his own detriment and not befitting of his office, but IMO, this entire impeachment inquiry is a big fat sham. I also think Schiff didn't need to bring a rather benign morning Trump tweet into his Schiff show making a mountain out of a molehill. Oh the horrors! Trump tweets...It shows me just how weak Schiffy's case against the president truly is....

Shows you how expedient Democrats are. Schiff could have declined to bring the tweet into today's hearing, but he couldn't help himself.
Trump knows that.

Depending on the content, perhaps. But I posit they are indeed impeachable.

Can you explain how this tweet makes for an impeachable offense? I admit I may be missing something here, so I'm asking...
– Trump Tweet: "Everywhere Marie Yovanovitch went turned bad"
– Schiff accused the president of witness intimidation!
– Yovanovitch on Trump's Tweet: "It's very intimidating"

You think Trump set Schiff up?

You want to see what intimidating a witness in front of Congress looks like?

That was Cory Booker to Kirstjen Nielson as she sat in front of him way up on that dais. Scowling, spittle, pounding, flailing, all at a diminutive woman who was sitting there, silenced by his outburst directed at her during her testimony.
