I have been told, rather repeatedly, that like it or not, Trump is my president. And it is true, I don't like it, but he is all of our president. But there is a necessary corollary that goes with that: We are all of us Trump's employer. He works for us. The president should not be out there calling other American's names(that includes Obama, who did it too on occasion and made me grind my teeth, and Clinton, and most every other politician). He should be working for us, not insulting us.
This case(much like the last time he shot off about a judge) is especially egregious, as the judge in question is one hell of a guy, even if I am not a fan of his politics(Bush appointee and known as a conservative). Here is a nice little story on him:

The man is qualified and experienced. He is not "so called", he is a judge. We all owe the president a certain amount of respect, if only for the office. But that goes both ways, and Trump needs to learn to respect those Americans who might not agree with him.
Some one wrote a eulogy to Nixon(I forget who), where they said in part that his great strength was that he went after his enemies with great vigor. His greatest weakness is that he sometimes thought other Americans where the enemy. They are never the enemy, they are at most the opposition. Something I again with Trump would learn.
