POLL: Majority of Trump voters would support him even if he colluded with Russia

And your point is?

His point is let foreign countries claiming to be our allies run all over us and it is our responsibility to appease them by giving them special benefits. American first drives liberals crazy as you can see by the rhetoric

Right, right, Canada, England, France, Japan, Australia, only claim to be our allies. Our real ally is North Korea.

Facts:
Trump is a lifelong Democrat and supporter of the Clintons.
Nearly half of the illegals living in the USA flew here.
Walls don't keep out airplanes.

If we want to end illegal immigration, then we need to go after those who exploit the cheap labor they provide. They come here because people want them here.

The idea of building a wall is not new, nor did it start with Trump. It has always been a ploy by Congress to fool the voters into thinking they're serious about illegal immigration, when they actually are not.

Reagan was a lifelong Democrat, I was a lifelong Democrat but that party of the past doesn't exist now as it is being run by a group of radicals whose totally effort is to create chaos and promote a massive central govt. providing for personal responsibility issues.

You really have been indoctrinated well, what exactly has TRUMP DONE TO HURT THESE ALLIES?? Specific action, NOT rhetoric??

Let me know what that trade war begins? You don't see to understand the art of negotiation

You still think threatening a trade war is part of negotiation, that he really doesn't mean to carry thought. I sincerely hope you're right.

Tell you what: You call up your neighbor and tell him he's a real jackass, then proceed to tell him why you think so. Since it's only rhetoric, he'll understand, right?

Never had a problem doing that and will continue to it in the future. Some of my best friends were called Jackasses at one time or another. You let rhetoric drive your voting preferences whereas I vote based upon policies presented and so far I am getting exactly who I voted for

no different that SDI promoted by Reagan destroyed the Soviet Union but don't recall that being built

Let's see... Trump wants to start a trade war with Canada, (and of course the rest of the world).
Millions of US jobs depend on trade with Canada (and of course the rest of the world)

What was I thinking? Of course, there's no point. Trump (all hail) is correct once again. Who cares about those silly old jobs anyway?

One you are making it up as you go along, two, your sarcasm just shows your utter frustration that Trump's supporters are sticking with him despite your party's efforts to destroy him. Trump is not attempting to start a trade war with Canada. he is attempting to end a trade war with Canada that has been going on alot longer then he has been president. Or do you thing a 275% canuck tarrif on US Dairy goods is a just a friendly gesture? Trump is only getting Canada's attention.

I think you need to take another hard look at just who you did vote for.

But, that's just my humble opinion. Maybe I'm wrong, and Trump will actually, against all odds, wind up being a good thing for the US.

After all, all I've launched at the conman and consummate liar is rhetoric. I'm pretty sure he really doesn't care.

Sarcasm? No, I've traded sarcasm for downright cynicism.

My cynicism could prove wrong, as it lets me down as much as 1% of the time.

Here's part of the reason:

Dow Futures Tank as Trade War Fears Grip Wall Street

Trade war fear has descended on Wall Street.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures fell 140 points as of 3:43 a.m. EST. Monday, S&P 500 futures dropped 13 points, and Nasdaq Composite futures declined 40 points.

Unlike the economic recovery for which Trump likes to claim credit, the trade war fear being generated is directly attributable to Trump.

Facts:
Trump is a lifelong Democrat and supporter of the Clintons.
Nearly half of the illegals living in the USA flew here.
Walls don't keep out airplanes.

That is one of the goofiest claims I have ever heard. at least when they come by airplane, they have to go through customes where their immigration status is checked....unless you are talking about the rogue pilots who fly over the border with illegal drugs. They certainly do not come anywhere close to the number sneaking over the border. if you are referring to people who simply overstay their visas, I want that enforced as well.

If we want to end illegal immigration, then we need to go after those who exploit the cheap labor they provide.

On that, we are in complete agreement. I would like to see the full force of law used to prosecute the assholes who knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

They come here because people want them here.

Which people? Nevermind, I'll help you out on that one. The assholes who hire them do want the cheap labor. The republican establishment wants them to keep their big donors in the US Chamber of Commerce happy....again over the cheap labor. The democrat party wants them because they paln to use every ploy in the book to legalize them with a comprehensive immigration bill...Problem is that they do not want the flow to stop. Their goal is a dream constituency of poorly educated peasants who depend on government handouts and easy to control for that reason. Their goal is to change the voting demographic by way of illegal immigration. That's how they turned California into a blue state. That happened not long after they tricked Reagan into signing a comprehensive immigration bill. They want to repeat that success elsewhere.

The idea of building a wall is not new, nor did it start with Trump. It has always been a ploy by Congress to fool the voters into thinking they're serious about illegal immigration, when they actually are not.

Yet congress did approve a border wall during Bush and even built several hundred miles of it. You are right in that congress has never been serious in regards to making it happen all the way. Perhaps they will get the point after the midterms.

Yep. They are going bat **** crazy over the concept of fair trade.

Right, he doesn't care nor has he ever cared about how you feel or any other radical leftist because you are so far off base you aren't even in the same universe. This country has been screwed for years by so called allies, Democrats have been trying to destroy Republican Presidents with the help of the media for years and finally we have a President that isn't going to take any more **** from the left. You just don't get it and probably never will but the silent majority is getting it which is why Trump's ratings are rising, why he is getting more African American support because there is no correlation between the leftwing rhetoric and the actual results. Results matter not your made up rhetoric and what Trump says is more for affect than anything else because it is the results that matter

I am not impressed. The stock market has always been a nervous nellie. When the offending nations negotiate with us seriously about free trade, the DOW will go back up.

It is not a "goofy claim" that many of the illegals here flew here. They had visas, but overstayed them and didn't leave. We're pretty much in agreement on the rest.

That border wall that Congress doesn't want to fund was one of Trump's memes during the election. Who will pay for the wall? His sheep would repeat, "Mexico." Well, if he wants a wall, let him get Mexico to pay for it. I don't want to, don't think it's necessary, don't think it will work.

No building the wall will end illegal immigration, proposing star wars financially destroyed the soviet union

I see.

The Soviet Union fell due to economics, that's a fact. Was it due to Star Wars, or to its reliance on socialism? They weren't exactly an economic powerhouse. Russia still isn't .

Oh, and by "socialism" I mean the real deal, where the means of production is run by the government. That plan never did work.

Oh, and the wall isn't going to keep anyone out unless we're willing to shoot anyone who tries to climb over or tunnel under it.

I am not impressed. The stock market has always been a nervous nellie. When the offending nations negotiate with us seriously about free trade, the DOW will go back up.
Can we quote you on that?

I hope you're right, but think that you'll want to backpeddle on that statement in another year or so.

This really has to be an act and someone looking for attention.

This has been crystal clear to anyone with any awareness and an ability to read the news objectively from the start, and this is an OLD story, so hopefully is OK, IDK, but it's certainly relevant, and scares the hell out of me, and I dare say, maybe most rational observers. How can anyone be OK with a crime, on the part of the chief exec?

I find it DEEPLY disturbing, far more disturbing, than the crimes themselves, that a good quarter of America, the quarter that pretends at being suppoortive of law an order is willing to throw out their ethics for love of a demogogue.

..... uh. Are we seriously asking that question?
