Following the impeachment maps nicely onto reading a book when you've already read the last chapter. The word 'boring' and a large number of its synonyms come readily to mind.

Considering there’s no valid reason to subpoena Biden, his testimony should be very brief.

What, exactly, do you expect? You should understand that if either Biden is questioned, the questioner would be restricted as to what questions they could ask. If reports have been accurate, the Republicans will come away empty handed and frustrated.

Conversely, if the Dems get an opportunity to “sink their teeth into” Bolton, Mulvaney and a couple of others, there’s a very good chance that things will go very badly for the Republicans.
