Some who is 38 has a fresh perspective and more likely to be flexible in situations that someone who is 76 and stuck in a rut. That is much more desirable as a leader. Meantime I nearly flunked out of every school I ever attended while testing a genius. But I can't spell and never learned grammar! So just what is intelligence?
