Pelosi neglected to include the traditional words 'honor' and 'privilege' when introducing Trump

But what did the American people think of Trump's address? Like everything in politics it was polled. CBS found that 97% of Republicans approved of Trump’s speech, as did 30% of Democrats, and a remarkable 82% of Independents.

You might have forgotten to provide a link to the poll.

Trump is not guilty of trying to bribe Zelenski. That whole false accusation is utter nonsense.

You were not there so you do not know!

Bolton was there and he said Trump is guilty.

Lamar Alexander was one of the Republican Senators at the impeachment hearing and he said "he is guilty"

As such, your opinion is bogus and carries no weight (just incoherent fluff).

Trump gives them a pearl necklace and they bring it here to clutch like a string of pearls.

Wipe your faces.

Her disrespectful behavior was on full display last night.

It started with the introduction. But even before that when the cameras started panning the room after everyone was seated, in the front row she had assigned seats for the House managers and it was also clear that all her girlfriends in the House got the memo to wear white and at one point they all staged a disruptive chant while the president was speaking. And we learned today that the person shouting during Trump's speech was Pelosi's guest, no doubt another planned disruption. He was escorted out of the House chamber. And her last disrespectful moment was tearing up the speech.

It's time to kick these people to the curb. They are horrible for this country. They are the worlds biggest threat along with radical islamic terrorism. Hopefully when Trump wins in November he will start purging this disgusting disease.

Dont be ridiculous. She impeached Trump on trumped up charges. If I was Trump I wouldnt shake her hand either.

Not trumped up charges. Republican Senator Lamar Alexander agreed Trump is guilty of what he is being charged but just not to the point of being impeached.

Trumped up charges my a**. Trump was rightly accused and Pelosi was right in doing so, no matter what you believe.

I'm glad Trump did not return tit for tat to democrat disrespect last night. That made him look regal compared to sour-puss democrats in the gallery.

Just as the Republicans made Clinton look big in 1999.

when did Trump do this at a dignified event?

I mean sure he does it at rallies.. when has he snubbed her at something that is for the country?

I guess refusing to shake Pelosi's hand isn't a snub 'cuz we're talking about name calling.

I guess part of the appeal of Trump to Trumpsters is that he is just as openly disingenuous as fake and his fans are.

Not one of you ever admit that you cheer when he lies to you. You just can’t get enough.

He uses all his schoolyard taunts all the time. He even did it on the world stage.

You like that regal look do you?

Let's start calling him "Queen". Then he can sound regal and you can sound like a subject..

Because people are supposed to be dignified at an event, but the President of the United States isn't necessarily supposed to act in a dignified manner?

I saw a lot of things. I saw her purge traditional words of respect for the President when welcoming him into the House. I saw him not shake her hand or Pence's hand, even though she held out her hand as he turned to get down to business. I saw the democrats moan and groan at every exciting point Trump made about positive aspects of the American economy and way of life, and I saw Pelosi's symbolic ripping of her signed commemorative copy of Trump's speech to ribbons after the speech was over.

If you saw her extending her hand to him and him ignorantly rejecting it, you wouldn't have posted the stupid crap that you did.

Pay attention to the news. And nobody cares about him shaking or not Pence's hand except the Trump Panty Sniffers who keep bringing up Pence to try to deflect from Trump's ignorant behavior. Pence didn't offer his hand and was rejected by the fat Toddler In Chief. Pelosi on the other hand did.

Probably something like with the words "tearing up the Constitution" showing that video image - so Democrats and MSM predictably rant about it to highlight it. That deliberate off-pointing to gain attention is a well proven tactic.

I'm thinking something like "America first?....not on our watch" Then it shows Nancy tearing the speech.

And I don't want to hear the "He didn't SEE her!" defense either because according to tradition in every SOTU speech in history (yes, there is video) he is supposed to offer to shake her hand in the first place, so not only did he not see her, he didn't offer a handshake, which is WHY he didn't see her.

No one cares about any of this. What mattered was the substance of his speech, not these attempts to distract from it.

Or about America's future and what the Democratic Party would do to everyone's future.

She has been heroic for the democrat party so far in her unlawful assaults on the President. Just imagine how revered she would be among faithful democrats if at the end of her declining years she were to kill him in a final sacrificial suicidal act of violence.
I'm sure that option is next on the deepstate emergency plan.

SOTU2017.webp

What a totally hack move on your part.
And because you're actively trying to gaslight me and insult my intelligence, I am disconnecting from you permanently.
It is pathetic enough that you're a shill for phony Christianity but to see you actually troll in real time by pimping a SOTU story from two months after his inauguration and trying to pass it off as "last night" highlights the fact that you're not actually here to "debate politics".

So in other words, you blatantly lied when you claimed that Pence extended his hand to Trump and he rejected Pence.

I'm coming in the thread late. I saw where he said he didn't shake Pence's hand either. I didn't see him post that Pence extended his hand and he rejected it. Which post # did he say that , so I can check it.

When the Democrats tapped Pelosi to resume her position as Speaker of the House, I thought they were making a mistake.

But hot damn, she rocks!

Four years ago I couldn't stand her. Now I'm a YUGE fan!

You do realize she has done a horrible job? She is considered the worst Speaker ever. She is a big reason why Trump is surging in the polls. I can see why people with low standards would like her.

So the SOTU has you attacking christians this morning?

***Interesting, patient exhibits signs of hatred for specific religious group after TDS episode.***

I'm speaking specifically of Trump supporters who are christians.

Wow.
