Voters will understand the Democratic Party has totally abandoned their role of representing their district due to a total fixation on hatred of the President is threatening to result is shutting down the American government. But, then, destroying the Constitutional government and Bill of Rights of the United States of America is their goal.

I think Professor Turley made a far more sane and reasoned argument against impeachment than any Democrat has managed in support of it:

“I am concerned about lowering impeachment standards to fit a paucity of evidence and an abundance of anger. I believe this impeachment not only fails to satisfy the standard of past impeachments but would create a dangerous precedent for future impeachments.” - Prof. Turley

Backfire, only to someone who even now STILL does not understand what the point of all this is.

Clue: it's not about getting him convicted and removed from office in the senate. Anyone paying any attention knows the GOP would never do that. This is about presenting the case to the voters and then having the GOP's lock-step protection of Trump be before them in 2020, no more and no less.

The one thing that is assured is Trump is going to shove this down their throats... and with the Republicans awash in cash... and the Democrats broke, the newly elected “moderates” are in the political crosshairs... have been targeted already... and have no ability to defend themselves, nor the indefensible crap their party leadership is pulling.

Democrats have worked on all of these issues, passing numerous bills that the GOP wont even allow an up or down vote on.

The impeachment case against Trump is rock solid to everyone actually paying attention to the facts instead of right wing propaganda.

Her we are discussing a president holding military aid hostage until he got foreign assistance to affect an american election in his personal favor.

If you can't see the difference between these two examples you have officially been brainwashed...
