"Parasites" and the hypocrisy of the elite

Is that because you believe blacks are lazy, shiftless and good-fur-nuthin's who are always sucking on the gubimint tit?

No, I think they vote Democrat because they are promised free stuff.

Democratic.... It's the Democratic party.

And of course you ignored the rest of my comment, because it doesn't fit with the narrative. It's especially....inconvenient that 100% of southern white republicans opposed the CRA, and that outside the South, virtually all Democrats voted for it.

I didn't respond to it because it wasn't worth it. You like to find convincing ways to make your point that isn't truthful

Voting Rights Act (Democrats 221-61, Republicans 112-24)

Civil Rights Act (Democrats 152-96, Republicans 138-34)

So a larger percentage of Republicans voted to pass than did Democrats. How do you like those numbers.

If you're going to call me a liar, you need to back that up.

You are trying to twist the information like Republicans didn't support the CRA. I noticed you didn't state where only 7 southern Democrats voted to approve.

If you actually counted all the votes, a larger percentage of Republicans voted for the CRA than did Democrats. Thats called worming around trying to make a fake point.

That's untrue!

I'm quoting myself from previous posts:

Here was the real split on the CRA.

North - 90% in favor
South - 95% opposed

Doesn't matter what party those Congressmen belonged to.

So it was a southern, white thing, not a party thing.

And I know you like to forget, but the Congress was controlled by Democrats and the President was a Democrat, and it's Democrats who pushed HARD and won the CRA and VRA. Yes, the GOP supported it too, outside the south, but by a smaller percentage than northern Democrats

The Senate version:[21]

Democratic Party: 46–21 (69–31%)
Republican Party: 27–6 (82–18%)
The Senate version, voted on by the House:[21]

Democratic Party: 153–91 (63–37%)
Republican Party: 136–35 (80–20%)

The original House version:

Southern Democrats: 7–87 (7–93%) (four Representatives from Texas, two from Tennessee and Claude Pepper of Florida voted in favor)
Southern Republicans: 0–10 (0–100%)
Northern Democrats: 145–9 (94–6%)
Northern Republicans: 138–24 (85–15%)
The Senate version:

Southern Democrats: 1–20 (5–95%) (only Ralph Yarborough of Texas voted in favor)
Southern Republicans: 0–1 (0–100%) (John Tower of Texas)
Northern Democrats: 45–1 (98–2%) (only Robert Byrd of West Virginia voted against)
Northern Republicans: 27–5 (84–16%)

I've posted the facts.... If you aren't paying attention, that's not my problem.

So why doesn't everyone vote for Democrats because of that? You know, like white, low-income, low education white males?

Lots of reasons. Some people know better, some don't. Pride and culture have a lot to do with it. Not to mention white males are not minorities.

Which "some people"? Those who pass a the "paper test" or those who graduated HS? Agreed cultures is a factor. Why do you think "white males are not minorities" matters? I ask because that fact will change a lot sooner than I suspect the David Dukes will like.

This is your whole problem. Identity politics. Generalizations of the population don't work anymore. They must be defined down to David Duke status. Sorry, it doesn't work that way and you are not going to goat me into race targeting.

Liberals, Conservatives, Democrats, Republicans, Whites, and Minorities, will vote both ways. Minorities vote more Democrat than Republican for a good reason. It isn't a secret and never has been.

If you want to drill down on it to prove some racism claim, it goes right back to the beginning of this conversation. Democrats love to use racism as their recruitment tool. Why this is new information to you is beyond my imagination.
