That incident is a clear cut case of racial discrimination. That is beyond dispute. The dictionary defines racial discrimination as an act of "Racism". That is also beyond dispute.

That Baptist Church could have banned all gays, all women that weren't a #10, all Asians, all transgenders, all people with red hair and any reporter that had any of those characteristics or traits. It was a private caucus under the roof of a private facility.

Not even close. 'Colored Only' was for ALL people of color, not just reporters. 'Colored Only' was the law in public places like restaurants, public buses, train stations, public swimming pools, public water fountains and SCHOOLS!
