But you see, so many of these folks have been educated in the public schools and thus they have very flawed understanding of history, geography, or civics and almost no understanding of economics. Plus there does seem to be some math challenges too.

I think she really doesn't understand that tax incentives don't transfer money to anybody. They simply are a means to entice businesses to locate in a place where yes, they don't have to pay much in taxes, at least for a time, but in turn they create jobs and opportunity/markets for many other businesses all of whom and which WILL be paying a lot in taxes for a very long time to come. So run the business out with your leftist stupidity, and not only do you not save $3 billion, but you will miss out on far more in taxes than that in the revenue that won't be created.

I imagine every serious conservative understands that. I doubt many leftists do.
