No, simply raising the price by a penny makes the plan illegal.
Changes to the premium don't matter (although if you're in an employer-based plan and your employer changes the percentage of the total premium he contributes, that plan would lose grandfathered status). There is, of course, no equivalent to that situation in the individual market.
