Nfl 2019

Did the Pats play at SF or at KC or the Vikings? Nope. It's cute watching you try to defend the indefensible though.

When it comes to playoff time, there is a 1/12 chance the Pats will be there considering their perennially weak SOS due to their weak conference and also they might get a few playoff games in Boston which is mighty inclement come Dec. and Jan., so, their chances of winning it all go up from 1/12. It's just stats, man. Don't blame the Pats, blame their division...blame Boston weather.

EDIT: Mebe the NFL should get rid of conferences (and subsequent conference schedules) altogether and just take the teams with the 12 best records into the playoffs?

Your opinion is fake news. It isn't worth the keyboard you threw up all over to post this, or anything for that matter.

The NFC south is rarely as bad as it is this year. The NFC east isn't consistently as bad as the AFC east is. Your opinion is like an asshole, everyone has one, but none smell as bad as yours does day in and day out.

You cannot back your opinion with actual facts!

Just an FYI the Dolphins have the best Homefield advantage out of all the teams in the NFL. They also play the same "weak schedule" as the Patriots. When was the last time they made the playoffs?

Does that mean Miami usually loses on the road? That would be my guess. Home field advantage for Miami means sucky, sultry weather for the opponent. You don't think it a good idea for night games in Miami or for a domed stadium?:lamo

EDIT: Miami has the same weather home field advantage that teams like Green Bay (and Minnesota) have, for example. It took the Vikings a long while to realize this.
Mebe what is wrong with the Falcons is their indoor stadium?

I already have, you just didn't like them because they prove that your opinion is dog ****.

This isn't 1972.

Foxboro in Jan has been the best homefield in the NFL for two decades.

I think the Panthers will cut Cam Newton and fire Ron Rivera. They have the richest owner in the NFL (David Tepper) and I think he will want to make a splash.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them sign Teddy Bridgewater as well.

He hasn't made any splash whatsoever, thus far. He kept the same inept and incompetent personnel he found when he purchased the team.

I hope you are right, though (I'm a Panthers fan).

i challenge you to identify who the panthers could acquire and be better quarterback and coach than cam and rivera

Saints are a better team with Teddy Bridgewater.

No they are not. The Saints won every game with Bridgewater because of Kamara and their defense. I love Teddy for stepping up like he did but he's not good enough to carry a team by himself.

Did Bucky really say that?

Lol.

Everyone in the Saints division has a losing record.

OMG! He did.

:doh

The NFL trying to bury Josh Shaw's suspension at 4pm on black Friday is laughable and show's you how afraid they are of it.

New England is dog meat this year.

They wont get past the first round unless by some miracle, they come up with a offense.

Not a fan, but they are still the team to beat in the AFC.

I like B-more, but I don’t see Ravens winning in Foxboro.

Are you are seeing something that I'm not?

Brady's only reliable offensive help is Edelman.

Baltimore could just as easy pull off the number one seed.

If they beat the 49ers tomorrow it could be all over because I don't see them losing to Jets, Browns, Steelers, or Bills.

The Pats will struggle and lose at least 1 game among the Texans, Bills, and Chiefs.

Meh.... I could be wrong.

in no way was the suspension buried ... notice what we are discussing right now, the following saturday

and why the hell would the NFL be afraid of it? was MLB afraid of it when pete rose was found out?

We are discussing it because I brought it up, a Brit who read about it on a blog condemning the NFL for announcing it the way they did. Not seeing it being discussed in many other places especially when you compare it to other "scandals".
The NFL is afraid because the integrity of the game outcomes is all they have left and even that has been questioned by fan bases with some of the officiating.

Good article on it
Josh Shaw's gambling suspension taps into one of NFL's biggest fears
