No.....you said that the Pat's don't face such a fast & physical defenses like the Jag's. I said you were wrong. The Bill's, Panthers, and Miami all have fast & physical defenses ...........and the Pat's have 2 losses against them.

That is why teams will never see the same Pat's offense twice in a season...............they morph under the guidance of the best head coach and offensive coordinator in the league.

They never give anyone the same look over a season.

Teams like the Giants, Cowboys, and the Redskins are predictable, and end up going down hard after losing 1-2 valuable players. The Eagles made adjustments all year long and are still in the hunt for the NFC championship........ even with back up QB.

Good luck.

Case thanks Christ and Diggs thanks God...saints never stood a chance

Not sure who to root for now. I like Case Keenum, but I have a soft spot for the Eagles. And I would really like to see Nick Foles prove everyone wrong and actually come through big.

Two absolutely perfect second half games.

You mean you don’t want to see my Patriots win again? ;)

Don't be greedy. You guys have legit dominated the NFL since 2001. Let someone who hasn't tasted glory win it once, huh?

I’m pretty confident right now. I’ll be in Boston next week hiding the sides family, hoping to snag a tickets

Do you think that's a coincidence?

Pats are more than likely gonna win next week.

More than likely they're gonna win the Super Bowl too. If the play the Eagles I think that's a given, but the Vikings are more challenging. Either way, best of luck.

I'm a Saints fan dude. Can't really complain about other teams cheating.

It probably belongs in CT, but I've had a theory ever since the movie "The Patriot" came out. Most of my predictions have come true, in a broader sense: Bush becomes president, something big happens, the US goes all Patriotic, Right Wing takes over, Wars, more Right Wingers, etc.

The NFL has certainly played a part in that movement, promoting the military with salutes, jet flybies, national anthems, etc. And, what better mascot for the push for patriotism than the NE team with the name that fits...perfectly?

Hell, they even passed a Patriot Act.

The way the Patriots lose either next week or in Super Bowl 52 is because they play the referees rather than the Jags, Eagles, or Vikings.

The New Orleans DB made the dumbest play I have seen in a long time.

Eh, it was a mistake, but not the worst I've seen. He whiffed because he was too early. Had he hit head on at speed he would've drawn PI and the game would've most likely ended with a Vikings FG.

It's also because of Marcus Williams that the Saints were even in the game; he intercepted Keenum in the third to get the Saints to 14. If we want to get even more detailed, we could've been up two scores if Brees hadn't thrown 2 picks in the first half.

The Saints secondary is almost entirely rookies or new players. Only Rafael Bush has played for more than 4 seasons, and he's not even a starter. Live by the rookies, die by the rookies.

I'm proud of how far they came this season, even if their mistakes made for a painful ending. If we can draft a QB to take over when Brees hangs up his cleats, the Saints as a whole are young enough to be a force in the NFC for years. They'll need to be, the Conference isn't going to get any easier. Next season will have the Packers with Rodgers, Carson Wenz back with the Eagles, a more experienced Rams, 49ers, Redskins, Cowboys, Panthers, and Seahawks.

Yeah. I don't blame the DB. It was just a fluke play. It's easy to say he should not have let Diggs get behind him. But, if Diggs catches that ball on the sideline and slides out of bounds with 5 seconds left, it is a reasonable field goal attempt, IMO.

Stop. Let the catch be made. Make the tackle. Game over.

He catches it, he probably goes out of bounds. And, Vikes try a 50-plus yard field goal for the win.

Yeah, all he had to do is wrap up Diggs and game over. Just before that play they showed on TV the defensive set-up the Saints were using, Most of the secondary was along the sidelines to KEEP the Vike receivers in-bounds if they caught the ball.

So then the Vikes throw and pass along the sideline, where all the defenders were, and the defenders completely whiff on tackling Diggs? No excuse for that.

Rookie mistake.
