Nfl 2017 [W:1941,2227]

Aaron Hernandez was a first-round talent we got in the 4th round. The reward outweighed the risk.

So taking a murderer is worth the risk? Only to the cheatriots.

Meh, what's a dead semi-pro guy from North Attleborough when there are rings to be had up in Boston. "Never mind that little double shooting in Gainsville or that bartender with a ruptured eardrum, Hernandez was first round material."

You defended the Bengals for taking a player that was caught on camera landing a haymaker to a 100 pound female college student.

Once again, the Patriots took a risk with Aaron Hernandez and it paid off. The Patriots were doing a good job providing a stable environment to Aaron, a closeness he probably never experienced in his home life. Unfortunately Aaron's demons got in the way.

BTW, both Aaron Hernandez and Ezekiel Elliot were coached by Urban Meyer in college... pattern?

She did hit him first, and he did pay a price: a one-year suspension.

Oh, it "paid off" alright. Enough RIPs to fill a phone book.

See what happens when winning is everything?

LOL. Was his life in danger? Are you really claiming self-defense? You really think that little girl would have harmed him?

The poor girl was just minding her own business and then this hulky man tried to seduce her sexually. She denied his advances gets punched in the face.

You really feel sorry for poor Joe Mixon? Give me a break.

Exactly.

Both Elliott and Hernandez were drafted by shady organizations. Pattern?

Of course not. But, she certainly wasn't a victim. Tape shows her striking him first. Some guys don't like that. Me, I'm used to it. So, I laugh and get hit again. :)

Wow, active imagination you have there. You should write a novel

Feel sorry? No. Great draft choice? Maybe. We'll have to see if he is a dunce like Zeke and Aaron.

Ya, she started it.

Uh, Yea-uh. It's pretty clear who hit who first.

Now, would I have cleaned her clock like he did? No. Of course not. I would have let her hit me a few times, considered it a drunken mating call, and then taken her home with me about twenty minutes later. But, I'm good at that sort of thing---well, I was, back in the day. I'm retired now.

And all it would have required is an additional twenty seconds of her good time!

So what? Self defense is not predicated on "who hit first", it's predicated on there being a real threat. She was not a threat to him.

If a 5 year old swings on you, you think you should and legally can crack his skull with a right hook?

It's seriously sick in the head to think a woman swinging green-lights a knock-out punch. Really sick. There has to be some major woman-hate going on for that rationalization to take place.

Where did I "green light" this? I clearly stated he was justifiably suspended for a year due to his actions.

You claimed she was not a victim. You claimed she "started it". You sound like a drunk in a white t-shirt talking to the cops. It's pathetic.

She was not a threat to him. His actions were not justified. It was not self defense.

You need to learn that someone taking a swing is not justification for hammering them. The person must be a threat.

Stop apologizing for and supporting violence against women.

She did hit him first. He was charged with assault and suspended for a year. That's just, IMO.

What more do you want?

Oh, Go Bengals!

I want you to stop supporting violence against women. Claiming she's not a victim is disgusting.

You basically are saying instead of assaulting her, you would have raped her? Quite disturbing.

No. But I would have let her rape me.

Pathetic.

You claimed she was not a victim. That is advocating the unwarranted attack against her. That's telling all the wife-beaters out there that it's okay to hammer a woman for taking a swing. You are part of the problem. You are part of why violence against women exists.

Pulling the "I wouldn't have done it" means nothing after advocating the abuse.
