The court released other documents regarding the indictments against Manafort & Gates, tonight 10/31/2017.

Here is the video from Rachel Maddow with court documents in hand, and she explains it well. It's a 14 minute video, worth watching.

Specifically-their flight risk and foreign connections. In this we find out that they're monitoring Paul Manafort's movements with a electronic device possibly an ankle bracelet, and she goes into Foreign bank accounts & Russian connections. Specifically stated in the document Manafort is a flight risk because he and Gates have received millions of dollars from Russian Oligarchs. So the court ordered that they were a flight risk, they had to give up their passports, and their movements are restricted to home, church, emergency medical and to see their attorney's.

Of course Mueller uses as much hammer as he can get away with....

Defendants should never/almost never be under house arrest.

Except when they're a significant flight risk...

Thank God President Trump hired only the best people. Imagine how bad it would be if he hadn't drained the swamp.

I'm betting Manafort never stood for the national anthem.

Yet there is still nothing linking him, or tying Trump, to any collusion efforts during his tenure with the Trump campaign. All of this happened years before the campaign.

In fact, it appears the Podesta Group may have been involved in all this as well, as this article as far back as August 2016 indicates:

Podesta Group retains outside counsel over Manafort-related scandal

Podesta...Podesta? Where have we heard that name before. :unsure13:

;)

Taking away the passports really should be enough.....this is hammering because we do so love our sadism.

Why did Manafort have three passports?

Why did Manafort have three passports?

I dont have any interest in that question, the one I am on is "Can he leave the US now that he has turned in his American passports?"

If the answer is no then placing him in house arrest is abuse.

You heard it here folks, Russian Oligarchs can pay politicians millions of dollars before an election because Russians would forget they had someone on their million dollar pay roll and just not bother to influence him in anyway when it became beneficial.

You really do have to be borderline retarded to subscribe to denial that hard.

"LOL YOU DON'T HAVE **** ON TRUMP! All you libtards have is serious federal charges against the guy who ran his entire campaign and definitive link between his campaign manager and Russia. Told you Russia was a nothing burger! "

It's like getting caught with another woman who has her pants around her ankles and trying to say there's no evidence you were cheating because you had your pants pulled up already.

Bad analogy. Nothing in the indictments mention Trump or the campaign. So what we have is you being accused of cheating on your wife because your brother cheated on his 5 years ago.

Wait didn’t you guys say this investigation wouldn’t turn out anything and no one would be charged?? Thought you guys said no one was lying or had ties to Russia. Hard to keep up with the trump supporters ever changing positions.

FYI this is just getting started so enjoy the ride.

It depends on which countries national anthem you speak of.

They should be in jail?

Or are these elite ****ers too good for jail?

I dont have any interest in that question, the one I am on is "Can he leave the US now that he has turned in his American passports?"

I'm sure every ****er holed up in county jail agrees with you.

Is their house so freaking bad that it's sadism to have them be in it?

I'm not sure how to see this as anything other than the vapors.

This isn't the end, my dear, but only the very beginning. There is a whole lot more to come, but either way you and your kind will continue to defend him up until the day he is forced out odf office.

All of this happened years before the campaign.
Where does this idea keep coming from?
Which unscrupulous public **** is promoting this error?

The second sentence of the first paragraph of the introduction of the indictment says that the money laundering was ongoing "at least through 2016"

AFAICT, through 2016 is not "years before the campaign"
Does your mileage vary on how long ago 2016 was?
Does you mileage vary on what the indictment says?

Where does this inaccurate idea keep coming from?
Some skeezy public figure?

Or is there an actual basis for thinking that the indictment says that the money laundering stopped "years before the campaign"?

There are six more indictments awaiting being unsealed...How many more to fall?

Or maybe being accused of cheating because you hang out with a bunch of pickup artists?

You have a problem with that analogy too.

Analogies are tehsuck for arguments.

They help explain things to people who are prone to agree with you though.

Did Captain Adverse say that?
Or just somebody somewhere said that?
